If you are considering a Labncroft Labrador puppy, we are flattered. We know that you have done your research, and have learned that we work very hard to breed and raise pups that are genetically sound, athletic, intelligent, and tractable. We feel that we may have the best puppy rearing program in the country: our pups and handled and played with every day they are with us. By the time you get a Labncroft Labrador puppy, he or she has been exposed to all types of surfaces, noises, and sights. Your new pup has been on solid food for at least 2 weeks, and been wormed and vaccinated appropriate for his or her age.

Labncroft Labrador pups are always a member of our family. By filling out this questionnaire, you are accepting the responsibility of lifelong care for your dog. We feel our puppies are special, and want their new homes to be special. Our pups will need love and attention and training. Pups do not "settle down" as they get older, they must be taught correct behaviors and learn to be good citizens and members of the family. You must be willing to devote a substantial number of hours to caring for and training your new pup, or arrange to have the dog trained.

If you are considering purchasing a puppy with the intention of breeding, now would be a good time to disclose this with usYou will be able to review the litter application ( this is the document you will send into the AKC to register your puppy) but you will not receive the litter application at the time of purchase.  This document will be held until you have the puppy spayed or neutered and we receive a letter from your veterinarian ( on the clinic’s letterhead).

The following questionnaire will give you an idea of some things we consider important. There are no right or wrong answers. Many of the questions are intended to provoke you into thinking about how you will handle certain issues related to your pup. Once we have received and reviewed your questionnaire, we will be in touch with you to discuss a puppy.

You may print out our Puppy Adoption Questionnaire and mail it to us or you may cut and past it into your word processing application, fill it out, and then cut and past the document in your word processor into an email and email it to us.  Please do not send as an attachment.

Mail (2009 S. 100 W., Veedersburg, IN 47987) the filled-in questionnaire to Labncroft Labradors.
